Are these official Lark bots?

No. feishu.io is an independent third-party provider built on the Lark Open Platform, not affiliated with Lark.

Should we choose SaaS or self-hosted?

Choose SaaS for a hosted, fast start. Choose self-hosted when data residency, internal network access or compliance requires it. Both cover all capabilities.

Do we need to adopt all 19 capabilities at once?

No. Each capability runs independently. Start with the problem that hurts most.

Do the bots require admin permissions?

Notification capabilities usually connect through webhooks. Interactive and group-management capabilities need a custom app and approval. See each capability page and the help center.

How is pricing structured?
